Returns

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return your product for manufacturer defects, there should be no signs of wear or tear and it should be in its original condition (in its original packaging, including the protective plastic wrapping). Used watches will not be subject to this warranty and return policy.

All returned items must be post-marked no later than 3 days from the initial delivery date. All products returned are subject to inspection before they are approved for exchange or refund. Please allow 30 business days for your return claim to be processed.

Lost or Stolen Items

Because Exact Watches values the satisfaction of our customers, all orders are 100% guaranteed. Once we have shipped your item, we will provide a tracking number so you will know the shipping status of your order.

If your product takes longer to arrive than expected, contact us and we will help you find your item using your tracking number. Customs rules and regulations differ from country to country, and delays are common in some areas around the world. If your item is deemed lost, we will replace it with a new model at no extra charge.
